Frequently Asked Questions

General Business FAQs

            1. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Rock Solid Repairs & Home Services LLC is a fully registered business in the state of Tennessee and carries comprehensive general liability insurance. Your home and peace of mind are our top priorities.

            2. A job too small for you to handle?

Not at all. From changing a hard-to-reach lightbulb or fixing a loose cabinet hinge to mounting a TV, we specialize in the 'Honey-Do' lists that larger contractors won't touch. If it matters to you, it’s worth fixing.

           3. What are your service areas?

We proudly serve Franklin, Coffee, Moore, and Bedford Counties, including Winchester, Tullahoma, Manchester, Lynchburg, and Shelbyville. If you are just outside these areas, feel free to reach out—we often travel for larger projects.

Pricing & Estimates

4. How do you charge for your services?

We believe in transparent pricing. Depending on the project, we offer either flat-rate pricing for common tasks or a fair market value per scope of work. For most single one off task, where work is simple and require minimal time for repair, only the service call fee will be billed. The service call fee is rolled into labor for final pricing once a work request is approved. For more complex lists with several small task we provide a line item, by line item detailed quote with all rolled into one estimate. We provide clear, written estimates via our professional booking system before any work begins.

5. Do you provide free estimates?

We provide free estimates for most standard repairs. For complex troubleshooting or projects requiring an on-site consultation, we may charge a small service fee that is applied toward your total bill if you choose to move forward with us.

The "Veteran-Owned" Difference

6. What does “Veteran Owned” mean for my project?"

It means you’re hiring someone who values punctuality, integrity, and clear communication. We bring military discipline to every job site: we show up when we say we will, we keep a clean workspace, and we don't consider the job done until it meets our high standards.

           7. How much experience do you have?

I have over 12 years of experience in the construction and maintenance industry. This background allows me to troubleshoot problems quickly and ensure that repairs are “Rock Solid” and “built to last.

Project Logistics

          8. Do I need to provide the materials?

That’s up to you! Most clients prefer that we pick up the necessary materials to ensure the right fit and quality. We can also work with materials you’ve already purchased (like a new faucet or ceiling fan) to save you time.

           9. Do I need to be home while you work?

While many homeowners prefer to be present for the first visit, it is not required as long as we have a secure way to access the property. We pride ourselves on being a trusted, family oriented business you can feel safe leaving in your home.

Prior services & projects completed for military housing at Arnold Air Force Base, which requires background checks for access.
